The Solano Midnight Sun Foundation has applied to incorporate as a nonprofit 501(c)(3), while we wait for our final approval, the SMSF operates under the Marti Nelson Cancer Research Foundation.

Marti Nelson Cancer Research Foundation is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization governed by a board of private citizens chosen to be representative of the public interest and for their knowledge of the community.
